Recipient information may be updated depending on the order status. Contact hello@giftagram.com as soon as possible and include the order number, current information, and corrected details.
Before the gift is accepted — Giftagram can usually update the recipient's name, email address, and phone number.
After the gift is accepted — If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, Giftagram may still be able to update the recipient name, email address,phone number, apartment or unit number, or delivery address. Changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
After the order has shipped — Address changes are not guaranteed. Giftagram may request a carrier redirect or delivery update, but additional fees may apply and the carrier may decline the request.
When contacting support, include the order number, recipient name, current information, and complete corrected information where applicable.
