Gift availability can change because items are supplied by independent partners and may sell out before an order is fulfilled. If a selected gift is unavailable, Giftagram may offer a comparable replacement, ask the sender or recipient to select another gift, substitute an approved item of similar value, or cancel and refund the unavailable item. Giftagram will not make a material substitution without following the applicable program or client approval process. If your gift was canceled, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method or account used for the order.
