Once a refund is approved and processed by Giftagram, it generally takes 5–10 business days to appear on the original payment method. The exact timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution. Giftagram cannot speed up the bank's posting time after the refund has been submitted. For returned items, the refund may not be processed until the product has been received and inspected by the supplier or warehouse. If more than 10 business days have passed since you received refund confirmation, contact hello@giftagram.com and include the order number.
